Today as I worked in my kitchen, I looked up to see in the midnight blue sky of midday a swarm of white birds undulating and moving in a gorgeous rhythm in the sky.  They were so bright against the sea of blue sky and blue green water it was a magical moment.  I caught a tad of it with my camera, but not the dance.  It looked free and beautiful and made me smile at the thought of being so lucky to live with this wonder right out my kitchen window.

Finding pleasure in the small things of everyday life is important to all of us.
