Notice the difference better molding can make on an interior.  When I was building this house I live in another state, and when I came back to view the house, the builder had used narrower fluted moulding instead of what I had specced, so the house looked very different than I had anticipated.  Since I was in a law suit with the construction of the house it has remained until my husband started changing it all out.  It is making the house look so much better.  Many builders see this as a small difference, but when you view it side by side it is a world of difference.  Think of this in your next project, when you might substitute for the sake of $$$ and know in the long run the little more $$ spent is well worth the “difference”!
