Asthma forces finding new homes

Love these guys, but they brought my asthma back.

These are the two best cats I have ever had. Picasso is a Tuxedo and Gertrude (after Gertrude Stein – Picasso’s Mentor and good friend) is a Calico. They are neutered, spayed, front de-clawed, have shots, have never missed the litter box, are purring machines and I love them to pieces, but cannot breathe if around them very much.

With heavy heart I have to find them a home. They have never been separated, so would like to see them together. They come with food, a cat tree, litter box (and litter) and lots of love. Please help me find a good home for them.

I get to keep them or get to breathe. Had not had a asthma attack in ten years, but as they are changing from kittens to cats, it came back. They are about four months old. They are irresistible!

Please let me know if you know anyone that would love to add two gorgeous loving cats to their home.  Must be local.

Put a little love in your life on Valentines Day!

Put a little love in your life on Valentines Day!

My began with an email from my sweet husband (welcome to the tech world), followed by Yoga (I took Chocolate for my class), and then a nice run/walk on the beach with Rusty, my Bernese Mountain Dog. He thought that was pretty nice!

Off to my studio to do a little TRX and then paint. Dinner with husband tonight, so all in all a pretty nice Valentines Day.

Hope yours is even better!! Rusty at the Be

We love our dog?

We love our dog?

Rusty is a very busy puppy. Yesterday in one short afternoon, he almost chewed through our lattice (1″ x 2″) fence, ate the corner off a custom cat litter house, took a designer pillow outside and drug through the mud, grabbed another off the sofa, but it was rescued, took all the paper out of the burn pile and spread it throughout the yard, dug 3-5 new holes, ate two of his new tennis balls, and smiled gleefully as I picked up and cleaned up all the messes. And I still love this dog….

Growing up on a farm in northern California, driving a tractor before driving a car I dedicate this painting to my father. Sitting on his lap on the tractor to have family time from the time I was five years old till I thought it was not cool about 14, are some of the best memories of my life. My father died the summer of my 16th birthday, and it was the hardest year of my life. Fathers give us wings and teach us to fly, only clipping those wings when we fly to far or too fast.
