On my evening stroll, once again I was amazed that there were still several rather good sized slugs meandering my strawberries.

One of the things in posting about slugs you learn a lot about slugs. People send you little snippets of information and when you put it all together it is really quite interesting.
Aluminum Nitrate is another type of salt that kills slugs, but does not destroy your garden. As I wandered my garden in the twilight of the evening searching out survivors I noticed all the lovely (?) brown spots in the areas where I not only killed the slug, but killed the plant…..

And they disappear.. Maybe I should do one drinking a Margarita (with salt)

Oh my, could you imagine Slugs at the Beach! That could ruin a perfectly good day. Good thing that sliming in sand is similar to a journey across salt.

I am thinking about a salt gun for killing my local slugs and maybe a few snails.
What do you think??

Sometimes at the end of a day of painting I wonder where there is more paint? On the canvas or on me?
I guess it is called getting involved.

Photoshop gives us the rare opportunity to embrace our creative minds with technology. This is a photo some anonymous person posted on Facebook, and I really don’t post political cartoons on my blog, but this is pretty creative.
Even if you like or don’t like Obama and Biden you should enjoy the creative mind.

Many of you may have seen this, but in flowing colors it shares how artists and designers see the world, in flowing vibrant color! Wish I knew the artist that came up with this, but do not.
